When you book a flight with Aer Lingus, you receive a special code called a booking number (also known as a PNR or reservation code). This is usually a 6-character mix of letters and numbers. You’ll need it for check-in, seat selection, making changes to your ticket, or contacting customer support.
Email Confirmation
Right after you book, Aer Lingus sends you a confirmation email. Your booking number is shown clearly as “Booking Reference.”
SMS (if selected)
If you added your mobile number during booking, Aer Lingus may also send your flight details and booking code via text message.

Go to aerlingus.com or open the app.
Tap on “Manage Trip.”
Enter your last name along with your booking reference or ticket number.
Travel Agency or Third-Party Website
Booked your ticket through platforms like Expedia or MakeMyTrip? The Aer Lingus booking code will be included in their confirmation email or app.
Customer Support
Can’t locate it? Call Aer Lingus Customer Service. Share your name, flight route, and date, and they’ll help retrieve your booking reference.
